Members & Roles

Manage who has access to your workspace, projects, and pages.

Control access at every level: workspace, project, and page. Each level has its own member list with independent role assignments.

Workspace members

Workspace members have access to all content in the workspace (based on their role). Manage workspace members from Settings > Members. The workspace owner can invite new members, change roles, and remove access.

Project members

Share an entire project with specific people. Project members have access to all pages within that project. Open the project's share dialog to manage project-level membership.

Page members (guests)

Share individual pages with people who don't need access to the full workspace. Page-level sharing creates guest access — the person can only see that specific page. This is the most granular level of access control.

Changing roles

To change someone's role, open the share dialog and click the role dropdown next to their name. Select the new role — the change takes effect immediately.

Removing members

Remove a member by opening the share dialog and clicking the remove button next to their name. They lose access immediately and are notified of the change.
