Pinned Shortcuts
Pin your most important pages and projects for quick access.
Pin pages and projects to the top of your sidebar for instant access. Pinned items appear under the Shortcuts section, always visible no matter how many projects you have.
How to pin
To pin a page or project, open its three-dot menu (...) and select Pin. You can also right-click the item in the sidebar.
What can be pinned
- Pages — any canvas page in your workspace
- Projects — pin entire projects for quick navigation
Unpinning
To unpin an item, open its three-dot menu and select Unpin. The item stays in your workspace — it just no longer appears in the Shortcuts section.
Pinned items are per-user. Other workspace members have their own set of pinned shortcuts.
